Just wanted to drop a quick note to thank you guys and specifically Steve for helping me get my furnace back up and running. His suggestion on a quick fix to get my back up and running while the parts were being shipped worked and we were able to get the heat back on in under 15 minutes.

Hello the motor came in on WED.. TREMENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Email does not really do justice to how I feel about this transaction. Just wanted to convey a very sincere THANKS. The only confusion I had was the new motor had external wiring... kind of threw me off but matched up the wireds with the colors coming off the control unit and I was good to go. I didn't know to ask about internal versus external.... but it all worked out. You did nothing incorrect...it was me. Thanks so much...we now have AC and mama is HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!!!

Jonathan was so kind over the weekend to sell a part to Brian who is our nephew. Even though your shop was closed, Brian called Jonathan and was able to come right out on Sunday and pick up the part. This enabled Brian to fix our Air Conditioner and get it running. I just wanted to thank you for this extra measure of service and let you know wer were very pleased.
