With the COVID-19 pandemic that we all are experiencing, we are doing everything possible to keep you and our employees safe.
We will continue to provide excellent service to our customers to keep your families comfortable.
The one change in our procedure will be returns. We will still work with you if you need to return a product but the process of receiving and refunding will be delayed from our normal timeline.
Many of our vendors are not accepting returns at this time so we will need to allow at least 14-21 days for the return process.
We will do everything possible to inspect and verify the product returned has not been damaged or installed and process the refund within that time-frame.
