Repair Part Quality:
HvacPartsShop.com warrants that the repair parts purchased on this website are new and have never been installed or used prior to their purchase. HvacPartsShop.com warrants that the repair parts purchased on this website leave our shipping points in the same condition as they would if a technician were to purchase them from a wholesaler.
Electrical parts are sold as is, new in the original factory packaging. Electrical parts cannot be warranted. All other non electrical parts carry a full 1 year warranty for manufacturer defects unless stated otherwise.
Non-Electrical Repair Parts:
HvacPartsShop.com warrants all non-electrical parts from manufacturer defects for one year from the date of purchase. If a non-electrical part fails during this period due to manufacturer defect, HvacPartsShop.com will provide a free replacement part to you. In the event the part is no longer available for any reason, HvacPartsShop.com will allow a credit toward the purchase of an equivalent repair part (at current suggested repair part selling price). Expendable supplies i.e. filters, are not covered by any warranty.
Defective parts that are under warranty must be returned to us to receive warranty credit. If you have a defective part, we will ship you a new part and hold the billing for 30 days. If we have not received your defective part at the end of the 30 day period, you will be charged for BOTH parts. You must provide a current MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express credit card for us to process a warranty.
If you order the wrong part, we will allow you to return non electrical parts in their original like new packaging if you agree to pay a 25 percent restocking fee and the original shipping charges. Parts that are returned for restocking must be returned with shipping costs prepaid.
Electrical Repair Parts:
HvacPartsShop.com does not warrant or accept returns of any electrical repair parts due to their sensitive nature. Electrical repair parts are packaged and shipped new, failure of new parts is extremely rare, failures are more likely to be a result of mishandling once opened or improper installation. HvacPartsShop.com does not warrant electrical repair parts sold.
Model and Serial Number:
The model and serial number of your Lennox heating and cooling equipment is very valuable in determining the correct replacement parts for your unit and whether or not your unit may currently be under warranty.
When ordering parts, the model and serial number of the Lennox equipment will be very helpful in verifying you have selected the correct repair part for your unit. We would like this information to ensure that the part being ordered is a part of the Lennox equipment you are repairing and to check for the possibility that there is standard warranty coverage remaining for your Lennox equipment. If your unit currently falls under warranty protection you will need to contact your local Lennox dealer for repairs.
If you do not feel you need to supply your model and serial number in the comments box when ordering parts online, remember, as stated above, you have assumed all responsibility for the selection of the correct repair part whether you provide your model and serial number or not.
Lennox equipment that is currently under warranty:
For Lennox equipment that is currently under warranty and requires repair, you will need to contact your local Lennox dealer to facilitate repair and warranty replacement. HvacPartsShop.com will not ship parts currently under manufacturer’s warranty.
Air conditioning covers are special order products and non-returnable. Air conditioning covers should be ordered for proper fit by the model number of the air conditioner and not by size or measurements of the air conditioner.
