Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Restocking charges may apply. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). To qualify for refund, parts must not have incurred damage such as signs of installation by the customer, marks, or scuffing. Electrical parts must not have been installed. Item must be returned in its original packaging including retail box and must include all accessories originally included with the item. We can not accept returns for any special order parts. A special order part is any part that is not already stocked at our warehouse.

Shipping label:

You must supply your own shipping label and shipping costs. We do not refund shipping or other surcharges you may incur in returning the item(s) to us. You can get a shipping label at the USPS or from a carrier like FedEx or UPS.

Product Return Guidelines:

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Please note that the process of receiving and refunding may take 14-21 days. We will do everything possible to inspect and verify the returned product has not been damaged or installed and process the refund within that timeframe.

You can use the original packing slip from your purchase or create your own. If you're making your own packing slip, ensure it includes the following details:

  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

Special Handling of Certain Materials

If the product you are returning contains any combustible or hazardous materials, contact your shipping carrier for instructions on how to safely package and ship the product. You are responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations regarding the proper handling, packing, and shipment of combustible materials, hazardous materials, fragile materials, materials that may leak, or anything that may cause environmental or physical harm.

Abuse of Return Policy

HVACPartsShop.com reserves the right to refuse to sell to any person for any reason not prohibited by law, including, but not limited to, abuse of its return policy.
